Barre classes use light weights and bodyweight to tone muscles through small, controlled moves, enhancing strength, endurance, flexibility, and posture without adding bulk for a lean, sculpted body.

Sculpt classes use bodyweight exercises to strengthen and tone muscles. Tools like resistance bands, sliders, and yoga blocks make the workout harder, up the burn factor, and increase balance for better results.
